The Odyssey is home to the “Odyssey Farm” where we grow a wide variety of hand-picked vegetables, fruits and herbs. Our culinary team is committed to featuring fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients from the farm in their creative seasonal menus.
At the Odyssey, we’re farm to table. Dine on our patio and view our 1.25 acre farm nestled in the San Fernando Valley. During your visit, you may catch gardeners tending to our Farm or one of our Culinarian experts harvesting ingredients at the peak for your meal. The Odyssey Farm produces seasonal roots, fruits, vegetables, peppers and herbs exclusively for The Odyssey and surrounding Specialty Restaurants. Our farm-to-table approach allows healthy, vibrant ingredients to be utilized in our ever-changing menu. Veggies picked just steps from the kitchen mean a fresher plate, both in actual ingredients and concept, letting the harvest drive and vary our menu selections.
Each season brings about new flavors and inspiration for our team of Chefs. This season brings us freshly picked habanero peppers paired with mango to create a sweet and spicy sauce served with our Mango Habanero Shrimp starter.
The Odyssey Farm is not open to the public nor does it sell any of its goods to the public. The ingredients produced by our Farm are used to enhance not only taste but the overall dining experience at The Odyssey and other local Specialty Restaurants. Our Farm began in April 2014 and continues to grow and inspire seasonally. Throughout the upcoming years we look to increase the number of Specialty Restaurant locations supported by our Farm-to-Table approach
