Marcos Arana is our executive chef. He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He was born in Guatemala and raised in Los Angeles. He attended culinary school and worked in both Asia and Europe, lending to his diverse cooking style. He previously worked at The Sky Room, S.L.E.C. in Studio City, Calabasas Country Club, C.T.T.T. at Universal City Walk. Wolfgang Puck Catering and Boa Steak House in Hollywood. Now at the Odyssey, Marcos looks forward to bringing smiles to his guests with their team of talented chefs!
